DRAFT Sponsor Portal Direct Payment Process User Guide

CMS is posting a DRAFT Sponsor Portal Direct Payment Process (DPP) Users Guide describing the payment functionality of the DPP. CMS is posting this draft guide for Medicare Part D Sponsors to prepare for the release of the new CGDP Direct Payment Process, as announced in the HPMS memo titled “New Medicare Part D Coverage Gap Discount Program Direct Payment Process”, dated January 15, 2015, and, as mentioned on the New CGDP DPP Sponsor Webinar held on February 26, 2015.

The draft guide is posted on the CSSC website under the Prescription Drug Event/Training section, and, on the TPA website under the New Direct Payment Process Information section.
